We have two types of membership at Magnolia Woods. Stockholder and Summer.

All summer members are required to apply for membership on an annual basis and are extended membership upon approval by the Membership Committee appointed by the Board of Directors. Summer members are allowed to be on the property when a Club-paid lifeguard is on duty. There are a maximum of 100 available summer memberships each year. Summer members from previous years have first priority on renewals until March 1st for the upcoming summer season after which all open summer member slots are filled on a first come first served basis.

The summer membership fee is $725. If you are applying for first time summer membership, please join our waitlist and complete the follow up application process.  You will be offered membership if your application is approved when we have availability.

Stock members have year round access to the club facilities excluding the clubhouse. To become a stock member you must purchase stock directly from a current stockholder. If you are interested in purchasing stock, please join our waitlist and complete the follow up application process. If you are interest in selling your stock, please Contact Membership and the Manager will put you in contact with the next name on our waitlist. Usually each year stock memberships become available for purchase. The stock transfer fee is $25.

Swimmers on the Magnolia Wood Swim team, Marlins, must be current summer or stock members in good standing.
